Committed to the Cushion

I have continued in my practice of Mindfulness. Next, I will be exploring Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with a local certified teacher. The focus is living in the moment? Simple - yes, easy - no, but it gets better with practice, insight and intention.

The Meditation Journey

There is a beautiful song called "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus. It highlights the importance of those things along the journey are as important if not more important than the destination. I have found this to be so true in meditation.
