Committed to the Cushion

I have continued in my practice of Mindfulness. Next, I will be exploring Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with a local certified teacher. The focus is living in the moment? Simple - yes, easy - no, but it gets better with practice, insight and intention.

Separating the Wheat from the Chaff

Meditating has always been a challenge for me. Like most people, my mind flits from one thing to another and I'm looking for instant gratification. But, I've found a form of meditation that works for me in the Mindfulness Meditation. I like it because it can be done in any setting with no extra props.
