A few years ago I began an experiment. I was 20+ pounds overweight and on cholesterol medicine. Both of my parents had high cholesterol and I could have said it was hereditary. Instead I challenged myself to change my diet and exercise regime to see if it made a difference.

Manifesting
While I have read an abundance of literature on creating wealth, prosperity and manifesting, I have found myself frustrated in my attempts to manage this aspect of my life. I will have periods of time when I'm doing well financially with little or no debt, then other periods where debt is accumulating.

Separating the Wheat from the Chaff
Meditating has always been a challenge for me. Like most people, my mind flits from one thing to another and I'm looking for instant gratification. But, I've found a form of meditation that works for me in the Mindfulness Meditation. I like it because it can be done in any setting with no extra props.
